OUR WORK
At Effeta Wellness Center, we are committed to extending our compassionate mental health services beyond the confines of our clinic to enrich and support the broader Catholic community.
Our community service initiatives include a variety of impactful programs. We are honored to lead retreats where our clinical director and team provide daily conferences, prayer guidance, and private counseling. Our mission trips take us to different states, where we offer essential counseling services to low-income families and individuals, addressing their unique challenges with empathy and expertise.
Additionally, we conduct both virtual and in-person conferences and workshops, offering certification programs tailored for clergy and non-clergy members of the Catholic Church. Through these diverse services, Effeta Wellness Center strives to nurture mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in every community we touch

Retreats
At our Catholic mental health counseling clinic, we are dedicated to fostering spiritual and emotional well-being within the community. One of the key services we proudly offer is our participation in retreats. Our clinical director, along with her team of experienced counselors, is frequently invited as esteemed guests to various retreats. During these retreats, we lead daily conferences that delve into essential topics of mental health and spirituality, guide participants in prayer, and provide opportunities for private counseling sessions. These retreats serve as a sacred space for individuals to reflect, heal, and grow, supported by a compassionate team that understands the unique intersection of faith and mental health.
